The Tilta Universal Battery Plate Gold Mount is a universal battery plate that powers the camera and all its accessories from a single Gold Mount battery: four 14.8 V P-Tap outputs, a two-pin LEMO and a three-pin Fischer output at 14.8 V, plus an SDI splitter with one input and two outputs. An articulating mount puts it on 15 mm rods at any angle. The camera connects with a model-specific P-Tap cable (not included).

The Tilta Universal Battery Plate Gold Mount is a battery plate for a camera that has no battery mount of its own — or has one, but needs more outputs. It sits on 15 mm rods, carries one Gold Mount (Anton Bauer) battery and distributes its power to the camera, monitor, video transmitter and other accessories. The same plate is also available in a V-Mount version.

Gold Mount, four P-Tap, LEMO, Fischer and SDI

The plate carries one Gold Mount battery and distributes it through four 14.8 V P-Tap outputs, a two-pin LEMO and a three-pin Fischer at 14.8 V. One P-Tap powers the camera — Tilta offers P-Tap cables for specific models (Canon C200/C300 Mk II, ARRI Alexa Mini, 5.5/2.1 and 5.5/2.5 mm DC connectors and more), sold separately; check the camera's input voltage before connecting, overvoltage can damage it. Three SDI connectors (one input, two outputs) split the camera's signal to a monitor and a transmitter. On 15 mm rods the plate mounts with an articulating holder with a toggle screw; the 15 mm rod adapter with four screws is included.

Tilta power: V-Mount and Gold Mount

Tilta battery plates have one job: to bring power from a large V-Mount or Gold Mount battery to the camera and its accessories so that battery swaps are kept to a minimum. Every plate comes in both versions — V-Mount and Gold Mount (Anton Bauer) — and distributes power through P-Tap, USB-C and two-pin LEMO outputs, for which Tilta offers power cables for specific cameras, monitors and video transmitters. Plates for a specific body mount in the battery chamber or on the cage, universal plates on 15 mm rods. This part is one of them.
