The Vintage Camera Cage for Fujifilm GFX100RF Lightweight Kit is a two-part kit for the GFX100RF: a leather case for the lower body with a sculpted grip, and an aluminium thumb bracket for the hot shoe. The case mounts on a 1/4"-20 tripod thread, protects the base of the camera and leaves the battery reachable through a flap underneath. The leather is Italian vegetable-tanned Crazy Horse. The whole kit weighs 70.5 g.

The GFX100RF is medium format in a rangefinder body — small for what it does, but smooth and short of anywhere to hold on to. This kit answers both at once. The leather case wraps the lower body and forms a grip on the right-hand side that lets you carry the camera in one hand; at the same time it protects the base when you set the camera down on a table or a rock. Inside there is a microfiber lining and a metal frame, so the case keeps its shape and never scuffs the finish. A small flap underneath folds away and gives you the battery without removing the case. The second part of the kit, an aluminium-alloy thumb bracket, slides into the hot shoe and gives the right thumb a firm place to rest.
