The Tilta TA-T70-B-B kit is the fullest outfit for the Fujifilm X100VI. To the L-bracket with a walnut handgrip, the thumb grip and the leather strap buckles it adds an ARCA adapter for tripods and Ronin S series gimbals, plus a top protection plate only 2 mm thick that shields the top of the camera. Supplied in a metal gift box, black version.

A top plate only 2 mm thick

The top protection plate is milled from aluminium and measures only 2 mm. It sits flush on the top of the X100VI and shields it from the strap, from a backpack and from the desk the camera is put down on, while barely showing on the silhouette of the body. Anyone carrying the camera in a bag every day avoids the most common paint damage this way.

Walnut and aluminium

The L-bracket is machined from aluminium and finished with a walnut handgrip. Wood warms up in the hand and does not slip the way bare metal does, so the camera sits more securely even after hours of walking. The bracket also lifts the body enough that fingers do not end up pressed against the bottom edge, and the battery door and card slot stay accessible.

A leather buckle instead of a metal ring

The native strap lug on the X100VI is small and the metal ring of a strap wears against it. The included leather buckles slip between strap and body, so the metal never touches the camera. Two are supplied, one for each side.

Hot shoe thumb grip

The thumb grip slides into the hot shoe and gives the thumb a firm point of support on the back of the camera. The camera is then held between three fingers and the thumb instead of being clamped in a fist, which tells at slower shutter speeds and when focusing one-handed. The hot shoe is free again once the thumb grip is removed.

ARCA adapter for tripod and Ronin alike

Underneath sits an ARCA adapter that puts the camera straight onto tripod heads with an ARCA clamp and onto DJI Ronin S series gimbals. There is no quick-release plate to source and moving between tripod and gimbal is a single click. The adapter comes off when you want to carry the camera light.

The kit is designed for the Fujifilm X100VI body. The camera is not included.

The ARCA adapter is intended for tripod heads using the ARCA standard and for DJI Ronin S series gimbals.
