The Ulanzi MT66 ClipMate is a single unit with three modes: a backpack strap clip for POV shots while walking, a selfie stick with a reach of up to 27 cm, and a three-legged tabletop tripod. Switching modes takes just a second—the legs unfold, the three-section pole extends, and the camera clicks into place. The ball head rotates 360° and switches between portrait and landscape orientation. When folded , it measures 15.3 cm and weighs 108 g.

Backpack Strap Clip

Slide the mini tripod into the slot in the included strap; pull down to lock it in place and lift to release—no buttons required. Your hands are free, and the camera rides on your shoulder, whether you’re hiking along a ridge or walking through the city.

The Velcro strap attaches to most backpacks

The included Velcro strap wraps around a shoulder strap that is 6–8 cm wide and at least 1 cm thick. Silicone non-slip pads keep the setup in place even when you’re on the move. The strap can hold up to 500 g.

Selfie stick up to 27 cm

The three-section pole extends from 15.3 to 27 cm. That’s enough for a shot that captures the surroundings, not just your face—and the pole doesn’t wobble like the meter-long models.

Handle and Table Tripod

When closed, it functions as a handle; when opened, it serves as a tabletop tripod with a height of 12.5 to 24.5 cm. The ball head allows you to tilt the camera in any direction and switch between landscape and portrait orientation with a 360° rotation.

Half the size of a phone

When folded, the tripod measures 153 × 48 × 35 mm —roughly half the size of a large phone. It fits in a jacket pocket, and at 108 g, you won’t even notice it in your backpack. It has a load capacity of 1 kg.
