The Viltrox NF-E1 electronic adapter enables compatible Nikon F lenses on Sony E-mount cameras. It transmits autofocus, aperture control and EXIF data, and supports lens VR.
Nikon F on Sony E with electronic communication
NF-E1 connects compatible Nikon F lenses to Sony E bodies while retaining useful electronic functions including AF, aperture, EXIF and VR.
AF is intended for supported phase-detection Sony bodies and compatible lenses.
The camera can control aperture, record metadata and use stabilization in a compatible lens.
Firmware can be updated to improve compatibility over time.
