The 504X Fluid Video Head is an evolution of the highly successful 504HD. It is a more compact and lighter version, which finally comes with a flat base (base diameter 75 mm). Developed for the needs of the most demanding professionals. The head boasts a completely new aluminum design and can handle loads of up to 12 kg. Thanks to Manfrotto's new fluid technology, the head allows for smoother movements without unwanted vibrations and unmatched stability when rotating and tilting. Creating first-class quality video has never been easier, thanks to a four-stage balancing system that supports counterweight settings of up to 6.5 kg with a 55 mm C.O.G. load. This makes using a wide range of different cameras easier and more practical. You'll also find two 3/8" Easy Link connectors for easy connection of an external monitor or other accessories. On the left side, you will find a cover for the 3/8" connector to prevent disconnection during use. An additional side lock with a sliding plate allows for faster camera adjustment and keeps the device stable and balanced. Head balancing is even easier thanks to the cleverly backlit leveling bubble.
