Libec TH-X2 is a compact tripod system with the TH-X H fluid head for cameras up to 4 kg. It weighs 3,2 kg, folds to 78.5 cm and to a diameter of only 110 mm, so it fits where a full-size tripod is in the way. The sliding plate is Manfrotto and Sachtler compatible, serrations on both sides take a left or right pan handle, and a carrying handle and case are included.

A head for cameras and camcorders

The TH-X H head carries up to 4 kg, so it handles mirrorless, DSLR and small camcorders alike. Counterbalance and drag are fixed at the factory, with nothing to fine-tune.

Threads and a hook on the base

The tripod base has three sets of 1/4" and 3/8" threads for a monitor or a light. A hook underneath takes a weight to steady the system in the wind.

Legs that spare your fingers

The legs are shaped so fingers are not pinched when collapsing them. Improved rubber feet grip firmly on many surfaces without slipping.

For the car, the backpack, the shoulder

A folded diameter of just 110 mm and a weight of 3.2 kg make the TH-X2 a tripod you take everywhere. A case with a shoulder strap and front pockets is included.

Tilt +90° to −80°

The head works from −20 to +60 °C and has a bubble level.

Sliding plate

The ±30 mm sliding plate attaches in one touch and also fits Manfrotto and Sachtler heads.

Serrations on both sides

Fit the pan handle left, right or both at once, or mount the AS-7K arm.

Handle in 90° steps

The carrying handle comes standard, adjusts in 90° steps and can be removed.

A small system that holds up.

At 3,2 kg and a transport length of 78.5 cm the system travels without a second thought, yet the build stays professional. A folded diameter of 110 mm means it takes minimal room in a car or a backpack.

TH-X H head with a sliding plate.

The plate mounts and releases in one touch and follows the standard used by Manfrotto and Sachtler heads as well as other Libec systems (AP-X, TH-M KIT, TH-Z2, TH-V2, NX and HS series), so a camera moves between supports without rescrewing anything. Balance travel is ±30 mm.

Two sides for the pan handle.

Serrations on both sides let you fit the handle on the right, on the left, or both at once — or mount the AS-7K accessory arm on one side. Left-handed operation is not a compromise here.

Dual base.

The head sits on a 65 mm bowl and on a flat base alike, so it works not only on the supplied tripod but also on a slider, a skater dolly or a photo tripod.

Details that matter when carrying.

The carrying handle is standard and adjusts in 90° steps. A transport lock holds the legs together in transit, the base carries 1/4" and 3/8" threads for a monitor or a light, and there is a weight hook. A case with a shoulder strap and a front pocket is included.
