The SmallRig monitor support (BumbleBee Edition) with ARRI 3/8"-16 screws swivels 360° and tilts 180°, with friction adjustable on each axis. A 1/4"-20 thread underneath takes a Magic Arm; pins and a silicone pad stop twisting.

Tested durability, with tilt load capacity decreased by no more than 20% after 10,000 tilts
Bouncy locating pins and a silicone pad prevent twisting
