The SmallRig 4383 sling kit shifts the weight of a DJI RS 2, RS 3 or RS 3 Pro gimbal off your arms and onto your shoulder: a baseplate under the gimbal, a shoulder strap, and a handgrip that tilts 0–180° or doubles as a side handle. Rated 6 kg.

1. Specially designed for DJI RS 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro; the shoulder straps together with the sling handgrip makes for easier shooting.
2. Reduces burden on your arms in low-angle, high-angle, long-time standing shooting.
3. Highly compatible: 1/4-20″ threaded hole, ARRI 3/8"-16 locating hole, cold shoe, and QD quick-release mount.
4. Adjustable angle: handgrip tilts 0-180 degrees via a ratchet knob or acts as a side handle.
5. Two slide buckles for easy adjustment of strap length.
6. 1/4-20” and 3/8-16" threaded holes in the baseplate for tripods or other devices.

Note:
1. 4118 must work with a sling handgrip.
2. 4118 is incompatible with RS 3 mini or RSC 2.
3. Sling handgrip load capacity: 6kg.

How it is used: bolt the baseplate under the gimbal with the 1/4"-20 screw, sling the strap over your right shoulder and extend the gimbal tripod. In a static shot the strap carries almost the whole weight; between takes let go and the gimbal hangs at your side like a shoulder bag. The handgrip locks onto the left side of the gimbal with a NATO clamp that has an anti-drop catch. Its 1/4"-20 holes and ARRI 3/8"-16 locating holes take the Magic Arm 2115C and the 2903B monitor mount, while the cold shoes and the NATO rail take the 3026B monitor mount, a microphone or a video transmitter. The grip is made of non-slip, freeze-resistant silicone and aluminium alloy.
